Condos and high-rises around Perimeter Center
Sandy Springs has one of the largest concentrations of condos, apartments and townhomes in the north metro, especially around Perimeter Center, the medical offices and hospitals near Johnson Ferry and Peachtree Dunwoody Road, and the newer buildings near City Springs. Work inside a condo comes with its own rules. Many associations require a certificate of insurance before a vendor can work, limit work to certain hours and ask that service elevators be reserved. Because we are insured, we can provide what your management office asks for.
Condo jobs tend to be interior: patching drywall after a leak from the unit above, painting a whole unit before a sale, mounting TVs on concrete or metal stud walls, installing shelving, swapping light fixtures and ceiling fans, replacing faucets and toilet parts and assembling furniture. We protect floors, keep the noise to allowed hours and leave common areas clean.
