Towne Lake and the big subdivisions
A large share of Woodstock homes sit in master-planned communities built from the late 1980s onward, with Towne Lake and Eagle Watch as the best-known examples. Swim and tennis amenities, cul-de-sacs, basements and big back decks are typical, and so is the repair list that comes when a house reaches 25 or 30 years: weathered deck boards and railings, wood trim that rots where gutters overflow, interior paint that has faded and been touched up too many times, and fixtures that have simply aged out.
Many of these neighborhoods have active HOAs that check fences, mailboxes, siding and driveways. We keep exterior repairs in line with what your association allows, and we can paint or stain to your approved colors.
Towne Lake homes that back onto the golf course or the common areas also take a beating from stray balls, mower debris and sprinklers that soak the lower siding every evening. We see cracked window trim, dented garage door panels at the trim line and soft spots on the bottom course of siding. Catching those early is cheaper than replacing a whole wall section later.
